Mike started standup comedy 17 years ago in Chicago, since then he’s appeared in 45 States, none of them altered. He’s also appeared in over 40 countries entertaining the U.S. Military. Most recently two tours to Afghanistan, which landed him the role as host of the new upcoming TV series “Dog Tag Comedy, Live from Afghanistanâ€. He’s been seen countless times on CBS’s The King of Queens, a regular on Comedy Central and NBC’s Friday Night Videos. You also may have seen him in the movie Stuck on You, appeared regularly on Galavision and SI TV and over 40 National Television Commercials.
His ability to adapt to any situation and involve the audience into his act has made him a very sought after Corporate Comedian as well. He will incorporate the company’s business and employee’s into his act. Personalizing the show connects Mike with the audience immediately, and keeps them rolling until it’s time for them to go back to the real world.
Aside from performing at Private Events, he’s helped hundreds of people overcome fear of public speaking. Private coaching is done on a very personal level. Not only using people’s strength’s while speaking and trying to capture the audience, but also using people’s weaknesses to their advantage. Incorporating humor into one’s speech has many positives. Relaxing the Speaker, and engaging the crowd are key elements to a successful speech. Making it entertaining will have the listener wanting to hear more.
Another facet Mike has brought to the corporate world is punching up already written speeches with humor. Once again, personalizing the speech, instead of just delivering a message will captivate an audience on a whole new level. If it’s a lecture you think may not be as engaging as you’d like, call Mike and he will make the connection for you.
