I was born in Seattle, raised in Columbus OH, and now live near Detroit MI, which, of course, makes me a Pittsburgh sports fan (even the Pirates). I graduated from law school, but never had the desire to be a lawyer, so now I'm a law librarian.

Funniest Moment of My Life
The funniest moment in my life would have to be the awards day assembly my senior year in high school: The principal had just scolded the entire school for not showing the proper decorum after the senior class prank (a sudden pre-timed volley of hundreds of super balls) temporarily disrupted the proceedings, and declared that any other outbursts would result in him shutting down the ceremony. Continuing with the awards, a teacher then announced that I had received a Presidential academic fitness award, and I strolled up to receive the award in the bear feet slippers I had been wearing all morning; of course, the students went crazy, and the principal was not happy, but he did not stop the ceremony.
