A bum walks into a bar and see's a man sitting there with a bowl of chili. The guy is drunk. The bum wallks up to him and asks, "Are you gonna eat that?" The man say's no. The bum says, "I havent had anything in a week." So he start's chowin' down, stuffing his face until he see's a big dead rat in the chili. He pukes the food back in the bowl. The man looks at the bum and say's, "I did the same thing".
