Lone Ranger and Tonto return to town after a hot hard day of cattling. They proceed to enter the local pub to have a cold drink and try to cool down from the extreme heat outside.
After some time, a big cowboy enters the pub and asks "Who owns the horse tied up out front?" The Lone Ranger jumps up and says, "I do. Why?" The gentleman tells him that his horse is sweating severely and looks like it may be very close to death.
Lone Ranger and Tonto run outside to find his horse, Silver, was in fact fading.
The Lone Ranger tells Tonto to drag the rain barrel over to Silver so he could get a drink to help cool him down.
After about two minutes, Lone Ranger notices that the water was not working as well as he planned. So he told Tonto to start running circles around Silver as fast as he could run and create a breeze that will help to cool him down a little faster. With that, Tonto started running around Silver as fast as he could go. The Lone Ranger noticed that it was actually helping. The Lone Ranger thought to himself, "I might as well go back inside and finish my beer while Silver cools down".
After about 5 minutes, another cowboy walks into the pub and asks, "Who owns the horse tied up out front?" The Lone Ranger jumps up one more time and says, "I do. Now what seems to be the problem?" The cowboy replies, "Oh nothing serious, you just left your injun running".
