A guy walks into his doctors office and says, "I have been having real bad headaches Doc, can you help me figure out what to do?" The doctor checks him out and concludes, "Your testicles are pressing up against the back of your spine, causing tension in your neck which is giving you bad headaches." The guy says, "Is there anything we can do to remedy the situation?" The doctor replies, "We can remove your testicles." The man replies, "Let me talk this over with my wife." He comes back the next day and says, "I will go through with the procedure." The doctor chops off the mans testicles without any complications. The next day, the man realizes his pants are baggy in the croch, so he goes to his tailor to get new pants fitted. The tailor starts his measurments and says, "28 leg, 34 waist." When the man interrupts him, "Sir, you have the leg right, but I wear a 32 waist." The tailor replies, "Yeah.. you can wear a 32 waist, but that will make your testicles press up against the back of your spine and give you real bad headaches"
