An old lady went to her doctor because she was concerned about two lumps she had found under her breasts. The doctor gave her a thorough examination and then delivered his prognosis.

"Ma'am I have some good news and some bad news. First the good news: the lumps under your breast aren't cancerous."

The old lady then asked, "So what's the bad news?" and the Doctor replied, "Those lumps under your breasts are your feet."
