Great piece. I actually do the bar clamp chin tuck exercise and wanted to give you some feedback. The form was incorrect, you have to bend at the waist and roll through the hips. It will help keep tension on the clamp and allow you to maintain a longer flex through each rep and maximize the muscle mass build-up around the Adam's apple. You'll be able to flex a thighmaster with your chin in no time. (Flag)
